We are happy to host most all event types on either our spacious 6th floor or our more intimate space of our 8th floor. Our 6th floor rental is $3600 can accommodate 180 guests seated , 350 standing. Our 8th floor is $1800 and can accommodate up to 80 guests seated and 150 standing.  Both floors include : 60in round tables , chaivari chairs, audio visual equipment, podium, mic , logistical set up tables,  3 hour event time, 2 hour pre-event time and 30 minute post-event clear time.
